  • 1 medium red apple
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350° F.
  • Cut the apples into ⅛” inch-thick slices using a mandoline or a sharp knife.
  • Line the apple slices on a baking sheet. Using a pastry brush, add a thin maple syrup layer. Then, sprinkle ground cinnamon over top. Flip the apple slices and repeat the process on the other side.
  • Place the apple slices in the air fryer basket. Work in batches to avoid stacking the slices and cook for 10 minutes, flipping the apple chips halfway through.
  • Remove the apple chips from the air fryer with kitchen tongs and place them on a cooling rack for at least 5 minutes.
