  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups almonds
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350℉.
  • Add the egg white and vanilla extract to a medium bowl and whisk until slightly frothy. Add the almonds to the egg white mixture and stir until all the almonds are covered and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mix white sugar, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt until well combined. Add the almonds to the sugar mixture and stir until all the almonds are covered.
  • Air fry the almonds for 7 minutes. When finished, place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper and let them cool for at least 20 minutes before serving.
