I haven’t tried it but they may not get as crispy, I would try it at 365F and definitely blot them well with the paper towels.

That happened to me while I was testing the recipe and it was because I forgot to spritz them with oil! Did you spray them well?

Hi! I’m so sorry to hear that. Did you preheat your air fryer? I know some banana peppers can vary in size, next time you can try air frying them for longer and maybe try increasing the heat a little to 360-365 if yours are a bit larger.
