Preheat the air fryer to 400 and spray the basket with olive oil.
Combine the mayonnaise with basil, dill, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika in a small bowl, then spoon a generous amount over each salmon filet. Top each filet with a heaping portion of panko breadcrumbs.I like to put the salmon in the air fryer before dressing it with the mayo mixture to save on cleanup and so I don't have to worry about messing it up when trying to put it in the basket.
Lightly spritz the panko crusted salmon with olive oil and air fry for 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature has reached 145F. If you're using a larger piece of salmon, air fry it for additional time in 1-2 minute increments. Remember, air fryers cook things quickly!
Using a small spatula, carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy!
