Air Fryer Steak & Potatoes

Super easy to prep and cook to perfection, these steak bites with crispy baby potatoes are the perfect meal even after a long and tiring day.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak sirloin or ribeye, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/2 pound baby yellow potatoes halved or quarter into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil melted
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper

To serve

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped
  • flaky salt

Instructions

  • Mix olive oil with garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Then, add potatoes to a bowl and toss with half of the oil mixture. Add beef to another bowl and toss with the other half of the mixture.
  • Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and air fry at 400F for 8 minutes.
  • Add steak bites to the air fryer basket with the potatoes. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
  • When finished, divide the steak and potatoes between two plates and garnish with fresh parsley and flaky sea salt before serving.
