1poundsteaksirloin or ribeye, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2poundbaby yellow potatoes halved or quarter into 1 inch pieces
1/4cupolive oilmelted
3garlic clovesminced
1teaspoondried rosemary
1teaspoonfresh thyme
1/2teaspoonkosher salt
1/2tablespoonblack pepper
To serve
1tablespoonfresh parsley finely chopped
flaky salt
Instructions
Mix olive oil with garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Then, add potatoes to a bowl and toss with half of the oil mixture. Add beef to another bowl and toss with the other half of the mixture.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and air fry at 400F for 8 minutes.
Add steak bites to the air fryer basket with the potatoes. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
When finished, divide the steak and potatoes between two plates and garnish with fresh parsley and flaky sea salt before serving.
